The techniques that we went over in the video include:
- Deep Breathing

The body is not a textbook so what may work for you may not work for me and vice versa. Most of these techniques really don’t take long to try out.
Deep Breathing
- Breathe with your stomach
- Breathe in with your stomach going outward
- Breath out with your stomach going inward
- Focus solely on your breathing
Progressive Muscle Relaxation
- Try it with your fists – squeeze them for a few seconds and then let go
- Can do with the rest of your body
- Should only take 10 minutes or less
Meditation
